The wine of “international” kind are now in trouble for many years, both for quality, correct but devoid of personality and character, and for the price, very often not suitable for the quality offered.
We like to think that the trend is for the production of wines in which the varietal aromas of fruit, the character of the area and the personality of the winemaker make the absolute value that characterizes the artisan wines, those that define “CRAFT WINES”, produced in small quantity, with characteristics independent of the usual fees and inspired by the traditional principles. Wines where the main work is done in the vineyard and not in the cellar.
With these principles we have always produced the

I vini di tipo “internazionale” sono ormai in difficoltà da vari anni, sia per qualità, corretta ma priva di personalità e carattere, sia per il prezzo, molto spesso non adeguato alla qualità offerta.
Ci piace pensare che la tendenza sia orientata alla produzione di vini nei quali i sentori varietali del frutto, il carattere del territorio e la personalità del vinificatore apportano quel valore assoluto che caratterizza i vini artigianali, quelli che definiremo “CRAFT WINES”, prodotti in piccole quantità, con caratteristiche indipendenti dai soliti canoni e ispirandosi a principi tradizionali. Vini nei quali il lavoro principale è svolto in vigna e non in cantina.
Con questi princìpi abbiamo sempre prodotto il The Craft Wine.
